I am currently 5’5 weighing 200 pounds. I usually wear L/XL. I ordered a Medium I was a little nervous but It sucked it all in without feeling like you can’t breathe, eat, or drink. This one is also true to size. Yes you can still get your normal size and it will be super comfortable but you won’t feel much compression it will only smooth the belly fat appearance. I did notice that the shorts part will roll up especially if you have thicker thighs like me but the most important thing works I just need see will it help when I get fully dressed. I can trim the shorts if I need to because I am not sending them back. I’m wearing them with a jumpsuit…So I recommend going a size smaller than your normal size if that helps.

This was my first shape wear purchase. They are very fitted and I would lean towards the larger size if you're in between. There is a good no slip band at the top. I wear these under dresses and I feel it doubles as a slip and shape wear. Not too hot. Comfortable enough.

Loved that these didn’t dig in or roll down on me even though they were mid rise. I do wish there was a hole for going to the bathroom and just a tiny bit more support in the stomach! But overall looked great under my dress!

I love how comfortable these are and how the length is perfect for short dresses. I wanted something in white since I have some dresses that look better with white boyshorts underneath. I also love that it is not constricting and it does not leave awkward bulges around the edges of the shorts.

I am slim, but have a little extra fat in my tummy and also back rolls so I wanted to smooth out my look when wearing certain outfits… I feel like it didn’t do much? Maybe I’m being picky, this is my first ever shapewear. What I do like is that it’s subtle, these are the same results I get from sucking in my tummy except now I don’t have to think about it. I guess that’s good. Only complaint is that they sent me the wrong color.

I’m 48 and don’t mind being 48. Except for when my body does 48 kinda things. Like pretend you don’t get periods and then you get bloated and puffy right before you have to wear this gorgeous gown you never in a million years thought you’d have the body confidence to wear, right? Well, that’s why Shapermint to the Rescue was exactly what happened. It was a little lighter than expected so I was ultra nervous that you would be able to see it. Also, I ordered to boyshort version which may not have been the best idea. I had to improvise and went out into a few different types of light to make sure you couldn’t see it. Good news, it doesn’t show color wise which was a huge relief. Bad news, if you wear a dress (which I seriously never do except for this one occasion that I agreed to) that shows a little leg, people may get a glimpse of your sassy shapewear. I don’t have much of a snatched waist but I was surprised how much this hitched everything in and how comfortably. I posted a pic in direct sunlight and in low light to show the boyshort line but as you can see, the cream color doesn’t show through. I will order one in black. I wish they made a beige or taupe. The boyshort is fantastic for skirts but if you’re a shapewear noob like me, you’ll want to stick to something higher for slacks and form fitting bottoms.But overall ecstatic. It didn’t show up in any pictures. Now I can go on being 48 until I’m 49 which I’m sure will have even more surprises for me. Goody!

Definitely holds everything in and smooths out. Usually or L, ordered a M because I wanted it extra tight. It works! And I think its comfortable. Only downfall, it rolls down a little bit. Going to invest in some double sided tape for skin/clothing. Hopefully that'll help. I like it though. - 5'3", 170 lbs. Size medium.
